Italian tomato‑bread salad with cucumber, red onion, fresh basil, tossed in olive‑oil & red‑wine vinaigrette.

2. Porchetta with Pepperonata

  • Porchetta: pork belly seasoned with fennel, rosemary, garlic, lemon zest; roasted until crackly.
  • Pepperonata: stewed red, yellow or green bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, finished with a splash of sherry vinegar.

3. Sticky Date Pudding & Butterscotch Sauce

Warm date cake served with a buttery, caramel‑rich butterscotch drizzle (optional vanilla ice‑cream).
