Position: Skills Advisor (2 Vacancies)

Key Responsibilities

Engage and assist learners in signing up for courses listed on SkillsPortal.sg.
Provide accurate, prompt, and friendly follow-up for various learner engagements.
Guide learners through online payment and registration processes.

Requirements

Singaporeans or PRs only.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
Basic computer literacy (Excel, email, online platforms).
Digitally savvy — comfortable with online payments, chats, and digital form submissions.
Patient and supportive, with the ability to guide learners step-by-step.
Experience in social services, community engagement, or customer service is an advantage.

Other Details

Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Alternate Mondays off).
Work Arrangement: Work from home, with office meetings/training once or twice weekly.
Compensation: Basic salary + CPF + commission.
