In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the essential recipes you see in Korean eateries and how to turn kimchi into comforting, flavour-packed dishes. We’ll also cover two classic banchan (side dishes) to round out the experience.

- Kimchi Jjigae (Kimchi Stew)
- Kimchi (Fermented, marinated napa cabbage)
- Japchae (Stir-fried glass noodles with vegetables)
- Banchan ×2 (two classic side dishes)
