Workplace Safety and Health for Food & Beverage Operations
The primary aim of this course is to enable learners working in F&B operations to have necessary knowledge and skills to understand and implement Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures effectively.
At the end of the course, the participants will be able to demonstrate knowledge/skills on the following:
•Explain key components of WSH policies and procedures.
•Identify the WSH issues in accordance with organisational procedures to promote a safe environment and reduce risk injuries.
•Define ways to communicate risk control measures to stakeholders.
•Identify the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), tools, and equipment to use for safety compliance.
