She’s helpful and also openly shared the source of ingredients so we could find it. Made new friends who are all so thoughtful. Thank you for the experience. Love it!

Fun workshop

Is a very fun workshop where you learn how to make traditional Japanese desserts - hands on. Chef Wei Lin is very patient in coaching us the correct way of crafting. She is also very responding after the lesson if you run in problem while trying at home. 👍

Japanese Wagashi

This is a rare course where attendee gets to do everything from step A to Z hands on.
Chef Wei Lee is more than personable and very patient.
Also, great big thank you to Laura who was running all over helping us wash up, distributing tools, packing materials, etc with a cheerful smile on!
For someone who has 10 thumbs and no artistic talent, Chef was very encouraging and I realised that while my nerikiri are not professionally sculpted, they still looks picture worthy.
Very wonderful friendly course mates. Lots of fun and laughter during the course.
Strongly encourage those looking for something unique to take this course.
