2) Ebi Tempura 海⽼の天ぷら

Deep-fried coated prawn served

3) Tamago Sushi 卵寿司

Sushi rice topped with sliced cooked egg

4) Shrimp Nigiri Sushi エビ寿司

Sushi rice topped with sliced cooked shrimp

5) Japanese Chicken Curry ⽇本のカレー

Japanese styled curry filled with chicken

6) Tsukemen つけ麺

Ramen served with rich-flavoured dipping sauce

7) Chawanmushi 茶碗蒸し

Steamed soft egg custard

8) Chicken Teriyaki チキン照り焼き

Chicken glazed with soy sauce, sugar, mirin & honey

9) Yakisoba 焼きそば

Stir-fried soba noodles

10 ) Chicken Kaarage から揚げ
