- Steamed dumpling with chicken & shrimp filling
2) Xiao Long Bao (Soup Dumpling) ⼩笼包
- Steamed dumpling with meat & soup filling
3) Har Gow (Shrimp Dumpling) 蝦餃
- Shrimp wrapped in translucent tapioca skin
4) Salted Egg Molten Bun 奶皇包
- Steamed bun with salted egg & custard filling
5) Hong Kong Egg Tarts 蛋撻
- Pastry crust filled with egg custard
