The course aims to equip learners with the ability to apply the knowledge and skills in applying design thinking methodologies and challenges for the organisation.

The course is designed to equip learners with an overview of Design Thinking and how it can be applied in the organisation. It will include the design thinking process, design thinking activities to facilitate problem-solving, and understanding the different prototyping methods to adopt and how to measure success at the workplace.
