Luv my garlic bread

Luv, luv, luv the first lesson. My garlic knots came out lovely and taste super nice. chef Bing is knowledgeable and teaches via hands on. I learnt lots from her. The group is extremely helpful. Highly recommended for those interested to learn bread making ground up.

Excellent course, no regrets spending 3 Sundays on it.

Had a very good trainer for this workshop and thoroughly enjoyed to be back in a classroom learning about bread making. Trainer is very knowledgeable, patient and sincere in sharing his experiences of baking. Able to explain to us the scientific reasons behind each baking process and also help us to appreciate the art of bread baking. Pace of workshop is just nice , it was therapeutic for me to knead the doughs these few weekends. Good balance of theory and practical sessions in this workshop.

Worth the time and money

I think it’s worth while to take some time to learn a new skill. It’s a good skill where one can apply at home or if u r in baking trade.
