The 1-day course (avail. in English and Malay) aims to provide learners with the essential knowledge and skill-sets to prepare and handle food safety in Food Establishments
Through our experiential classroom training, learners will learn how to:
- Maintain personal hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and premises
- Handle food safely
- Use safe ingredients
Who should attend?
Food Handlers (i.e. any individual who prepares food and beverage products in NEA-licensed eating establishments requiring the WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1).
