Learn how to make 6 types of Delectable Dim Sum:

1. Portuguese Egg Tart
2. Salted Egg Yolk Mochi Pastry
3. Crispy Chicken Char Siew Bun
4. Wu Gok (Deep-fried Taro Puffs)
5. Traditional Lotus Mooncake with Salted Egg
6. Old Chang Kee-inspired Curry Puff

3 day. Once a week. 8.30am-6.30pm
