Deterrence (Manage Disorderly Conduct & Threatening Behavior)

Deterrence (Manage Disorderly Conduct and Threatening Behaviour) is one of the two mandatory Senior Security Officer (SSO) course. It equips security personnel with the knowledge and skills to prepare for work activities, deter threatening behaviour through visible security presence and deal with disorderly/threatening behaviour.

In order to be a Security Officer, you will need to attend 3 basic modules as below.

1) Provide Guard and Patrol Services
2) Handle Security Incidents and Services
3) Threat Observations (RTT) ( 10 Oral Question, 3 Role-Play) 


If u want to get WSQ Certificate in Security Operations, you must complete Security Officer modules and 2 Senior Security Officer modules.
